Refund policy

  • We have a 30-day Partial Refund Policy on International Orders, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a Partial Refund.
  • Refunds are patrial and excludes any Duties, Taxes, or Shipping Cost.
  • Valid for purchases from johnlouishome.com only.
  • All Orders under $500 US Dollars of product price are nonrefundable.
  • All orders over $500 US Dollars of product price will be refunded 50% of the value.
  • HOW DO I REQUEST A PARTIAL REFUND MY ITEM(S)?
    • To start a Partial Refund, you can contact us at service@johnlouishome.com with your order number and the items you are requesting to Partial Refund.
    • If your Partial Refund is accepted, you will receive an email verifying your Partial Refund request. All requests are responded to within 24 - 48 hours.

 

 

 

 

Damage and Replacements Policy:

  • At John Louis Home, we will take care of any missing parts, manufacturer defects, or product damage that may occur during delivery. All replacement parts are shipped using UPS Worldwide standard service and at the discretion of John Louis Home.
  • Replacements parts will only be provided for major damages or defects in the products.
  • Replacements will not be provided for minor scratches, dings, or dents that may have occurred during shipping.

 

  • HOW DO I REQUEST A REPLACEMENT
    • STEP 1: Double Check Package before requesting missing parts, it's a good idea to double-check the package and the surrounding area in case the parts were just misplaced.
    • It is important to always open and check your package for any damage caused during shipping before requesting a replacement. In most cases, there is either no damage or only one part is damaged. In Many Cases, any damage to shelving can be used and damaged section placed on the back wall.
  • STEP 2: Submit Replacement Form
    • Please ensure that all fields in the form are filled out. The more information you provide, the easier it will be to process your replacement.
    • To report damaged items, please provide photos of the affected part. The more images you can provide, the better we can assist you.
  • STEP 3: Replacement of Part
    • Our customer service team will get in touch with you to confirm the replacement details and assist you with the replacement process.
    • We kindly ask that you give us 24 hours to process your replacement parts and an additional 7-14 business days for shipping.
    • Please note that replacement shipping is currently only available through Standard service. However, if you require faster delivery, you may purchase expedited shipping by contacting customer service at service@johnlouishme.com
