The following flat rates apply to orders shipped within the contiguous U.S.:

• Orders $401 to $600: $50.00
• Orders $601 to $800: $60.00
• Orders $801 to $1000: $80.00
• Orders $1001 to $1500: $120.00
• Orders over $1500: FREE SHIPPING

All orders with a total value over $1500 ship free!

8ft Shelf Length Handling Fee

All orders that include 8ft shelf lengths have an additional handling fee of $135.00 USD per order. This fee is applied regardless of the order total.

How Does My Order Ship?

All shipping is completed using Standard Ground Service via carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or Fed Ex Freightliner, depending on the order size. All orders are directly shipped from John Louis Home. Please note that we are unable to deliver orders to P.O. Boxes.

Expedited Shipping

Any expedited shipping method is at the cost of the purchaser. If you require expedited shipping, you must contact John Louis Home directly to receive an expedited freight quote and arrange the service.

Locations Outside the Contiguous U.S.

Our Flat Rate Shipping Policy is valid only within the contiguous U.S. (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands). This offer is not valid for Canada or other international locations. Locations outside the contiguous USA must contact John Louis Home for a freight rate quote.

How Long Will It Take?

Your order should arrive within 5-7 days of when the order was placed. However, please keep in mind that it may take up to 24-36 hours for us to process your order and an additional 3-5 days for delivery based on the chosen service. If you want us to hold your order and ship it on a specific future date, please contact our customer service team at 1.800.480.6985 or by email at service@johnlouishome.com. John Louis Home can hold orders for a maximum of 30 days.

What If There's a Problem?

If a carrier loses an item or returns an undeliverable package to us, we will contact you to confirm the reshipment of the item(s). Please note that often carriers do not contact John Louis Home before the item is returned. You can follow the movement of your ordered item(s) by using the provided tracking numbers.
